• Types of workplace violence common in food banks, including client-to-client, client-to-staff/volunteer, and active shooter situations
• Recognizing behaviors of concern 
• Domestic violence in the workplace and how to respond if someone may be experiencing abuse - Prevention strategies and reporting procedures 
• Emergency response protocols
